As a coach, I’m there to be an objective guide who asks you questions that will lead to insight. I might restate or clarify what I’m hearing, but I won’t typically offer you advice. That said, techies like working with me as a coach because I “get it”.
A typical engagement would include six meetings over a period of three to six months.
